All hardware products, including laptops, desktops, and accessories, are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday (Friday noon) will be processed the following Monday. Please note that any orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

For software and licensing products, digital delivery is provided within 24 hours via email. It is essential that you provide a valid and accurate email address during checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect email information.
