Tech Buddy LLC values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products and services. Please carefully read our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Software
DVDs
LCDs
Sales, refurbished, and pre-owned stock
15-Day Return Policy
For all other eligible items, Tech Buddy LLC offers a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Return Authorization Requirement
Before returning any item, you must obtain special authorization from Team Tech Buddy LLC. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. To request a return authorization, please email us at Support@techbuddyllc.com.
Return Process
1 Contact Support@techbuddyllc.com to request a return authorization.
2 Once authorized, ship the item back to our warehouse.
3 Wait until the item is received and inspected.
4 We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
5 If your return is approved, we will issue a refund.
Important:
1 10% Restocking Fee will apply on all returns.
2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3 Refunds after payment capture may be subject to non-refundable fees covering processing costs and sales tax that has already been remitted to the state.
4 By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this process.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

2 Unused
3 In its original packaging
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Tech Buddy LLC does not bear the cost of return shipping under any circumstances.
